Bookings

We take bookings either by phone, e-mail or letter.  Booking is only finalised on completion of a booking form and deposit being paid. 

Cancellations

In case of cancellation, refund of deposit is purely at our discretion and each case will be considered individually. 

Charges

Final payment, is due in full on party day and is payable by cash or cheque (supported by guarantee card).  Prices are confirmed at time of booking.

Responsibility

We take every care to ensure safety, hygiene and minimise risk to all party guests.  Em & M's are fully covered by the necessary public liability insurance.
